Our fully accessible SDAs provide an inclusive solution to participants who may not meet the strict funding criteria for other SDA designs. We ensure that our fully accessible properties align with NDIS requirements, enabling participants to secure the funding they need for SDA living. At APR Care, we understand the importance of independent living. We have carefully designed our facilities to ensure that each bedroom offers individual access to a private bathroom and living area. This arrangement fosters maximum independence and privacy, overcoming the challenges often faced in group living environments. While encouraging your autonomy, our team is also ready to provide 24/7 quality care and assistance to help you achieve your goals.
Options for Short Term Accommodation (STA), Medium Term Accommodation (MTA), Supported Independent Living (SIL) and respite are available.
3 bedroom fully accessible SDA
Experience the best of both indoor and outdoor living in our 3-bedroom fully accessible SDA. The largest of our SDA offerings at rangewood, you will be impressed with its large bathrooms, comfortable bedrooms, and generous kitchen. The delights continue outside with a spacious outdoor entertainment area where memories are waiting to be created. Note: Each bedroom has access to its own bathroom.
2 bedroom fully accessible SDA
Prepare to be amazed by the captivating kitchen area within our 2-bedroom fully accessible SDA. Along with its high ceilings, large bathrooms, wide doorways, and beautiful views of our properties offerings, you’ll feel like you’ve entered your very own paradise. Note: Each bedroom has its own bathroom.
1 bedroom, 1 bathroom fully accessible SDA
If having your own space is a top priority, then our robust SDA villa is the perfect choice for you. It encompasses everything you need for a comfortable living experience. Our dedicated team will be available 24/7 to provide assistance and support. Enjoy the freedom and independence of your own private sanctuary. This villa would be ideal for STA.
