Understanding the NDIS price guide is essential. This guide sets out the maximum amount that an NDIS provider can charge for services provided to you. This NDIS guide is broken down into separate sections, allowing you to better understand how much each service costs.
What is in the NDIS Price Guide?
The price guide contains price limits per day/hour/service, support categories, descriptions, and line item numbers to help identify what is claimable. It covers Therapeutic Support, Support Coordination and Accommodation. This guide is updated yearly.
APR Care will always follow the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) Pricing Guide for Providers.
How much do our services cost?
All accommodation and care service prices will vary depending on the individual’s needs and circumstances. The totalling amount will also depend on the approved Roster of Care (RoC).
APR Care provides Assistance with Daily Personal Activities, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term and Medium Term Accommodations at both standard and high-intensity rates pending approval. Ratios will depend upon support needs and housing availability.
APR Care is also a provider of Specialised Disability Accommodation (SDA) with both robust and fully-accessible accredited housing available in Townsville, QLD.

Short Term Accommodation (STA)
This is a daily rate at a 1:1 ratio (one support staff to one participant). This price also includes food.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
When you are a permanent resident at the APR Care facilities, you will need to pay rent. This amount is $220 which includes electricity, gas, and unlimited internet.
Daily Personal Activities
Hourly rate is based on a 1:1 ratio (one support staff to one participant)
Travel and Transport: In accordance with the NDIA Price Guide, APR Care will invoice for activity-based transport and Provider Travel – non-labor costs including vehicle running costs of $1.00/km
Temporary Transformation Payment (TTP) is a conditional loading fee that assists registered providers to continue transforming their business toward a more competitive marketplace.
